Everyone has their own specific reports they need to create. With TalentWall, you can easily customize your own dashboard of metrics that you want to see. All you need to do is choose any of the metrics already pre-populated for you in in the Widgets Library, and send them to a dashboard.
To create your own dashboard, you need to start in the Widget Library First. Just click the three dots on a chart to send it to a custom dashboard:
